Courgette fun!

If you peel one side of a courgette with a vegetable peeler, and keep peeling, you end up with lots of strips of courgette. These can then be used like noodles or pasta. Which Tom and I put to good effect in a Thai curry this evening.

Oooh yes I've done that before, with carrots as well. Looks fab with taliagtelle, then just add olive oil infused with garlic. Twas yummy!
