Super pleased with today's lunch. All cooked by me, and I rarely make a big dinner on my own as Tom is the chef in our house. Rolled lamb breast stuffed with spicy sausage meat, honey lemon and goats cheese carrots, turmeric and cumin roasties, snips, and garlic courgette and tomato. All out at the right time too! #yay #cooking #success
